All Netball NSW policies and procedures apply at Yass Netball Association

On 1 February 2022, the NSW Child Safe Scheme commenced. Our organisation now must demonstrate how we are implementing the Child Safe Standards. These Standards are a key recommendation from the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. 

We are committed to implementing the Standards and to making our organisation safer for children. We know that this requires strong leadership and sustained, collective effort and action.

We believe all organisations working with children should be child safe, and we want to provide children the environment and care they deserve.

We encourage you to read about what we need to do to keep children safe. The Guide to the Child Safe Standards is a good place to start.
